Returns & Exchanges
I want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're unhappy for any reason, be it faults with the bow, genuine errors in me shipping the wrong bow to you, or maybe it just doesn't match the outfit quite how you expected, please contact me!
I will either give you;
- a refund of the purchase cost (where goods are found to be faulty)
- a new/replacement bow (in place of an incorrect item originally sent to you)
- the ability to exchange it for something else,
- or whatever solution you think works best for you.
Just a few T&C's to cover my butt;
- Please get in touch within 7 days (including weekends) of receiving the parcel (noted by courier delivery tracking) if you plan to return or exchange your items.
- Return postage will not be refunded for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.
- I recommend sending anything back to me via a tracked or courier service.
